你必須把原始碼加上 subversion 的 keyword properties，作法是右鍵點擊該檔案後，選擇 TortoiseSVN -> Properties 然後點 New…，Property Name 選 svn:keywords，Property Value 加上：
Id Author Date Revision URL
然後確定並重新 commit。
